Jim Vines, Sam Funk, and Evan Rothey recently submitted an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court. The brief, submitted on behalf of several trade associations from Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, joins a coalition of states, liquid-fuel producers, and other industry and policy organizations and urges the Supreme Court to review a recent EPA rulemaking under the major questions doctrine.
